Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF837 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF837-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process, Motile cilium assembly, and tRNA thio-modification. Each is linked with ZNF837 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF837-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF837 results are reported.
