Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF837 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 834 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF837-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASTN2, ATRNL1, and PSMB2. Each is linked with ZNF837 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF837-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF837 results are reported.
