Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF833P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 2 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ZNF833P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where ZNF833P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ZNF833P is over-expressed in tumor.
COAD and BLCA are the cancer types where ZNF833P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
