The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ZNF827 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF827 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
CESC, HNSC, and STAD are the cancer types where ZNF827 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
