The most reproducible ZNF827-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus, Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with ZNF827 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF827-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF827 results are reported.
