Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF826P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF826P data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ZNF826P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF826P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and COAD are the cancer types where ZNF826P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
