Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF815P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF815P data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ZNF815P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF815P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and MESO are the cancer types where ZNF815P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
