The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF807P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF807P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and ACC show a favorable association.
UCEC, CHOL, and ACC are the cancer types where ZNF807P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
