ZNF80

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF80 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,022 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF80-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL3, ARHGAP15, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with ZNF80 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF80-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF80 versus APOL3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF80→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
