Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,710 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAPCD2, CTSH, and ELL2. Each is linked with ZNF8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF8-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF8 results are reported.
