ZNF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, GSK-3_pS9, and GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9. Each is linked with ZNF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF8-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by ZNF8-low versus ZNF8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
