Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,003 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin organization, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with ZNF8 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF8-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF8 results are reported.
