Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF793 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF793 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher ZNF793 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF793 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and PAAD show a favorable association.
UCS, LGG, and PAAD are the cancer types where ZNF793 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
