Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF793 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF793 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ZNF793 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF793 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ZNF793 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
