The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ZNF792 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF792 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF792 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
