ZNF79

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF79 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,535 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF79-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHMT1, TPD52L2, and BRD3. Each is linked with ZNF79 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF79-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF79 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF79→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF79) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
