Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF787 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF787 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher ZNF787 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF787 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SARC, PAAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where ZNF787 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
