Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF787 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,985 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF787-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CAMP/PKA signal transduction, Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with ZNF787 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF787-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF787 results are reported.
