The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ZNF783 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF783 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and LUAD show a favorable association.
THYM, HNSC, and SCLC are the cancer types where ZNF783 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
