Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF772 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF772 data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ZNF772 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF772 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ZNF772 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
