Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF768 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,029 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF768-associated genes across cancer lineages are POGZ, RMND5B, and CNNM3. Each is linked with ZNF768 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF768-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF768 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF768 versus POGZ in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF768→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF768) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
