Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF764 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF764 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ZNF764 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF764 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
COAD, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF764 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
