The most reproducible ZNF764-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with ZNF764 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF764-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF764 results are reported.
