The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF75D Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF75D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, CESC, and HNSC are the cancer types where ZNF75D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
