Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF75A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF75A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, EGFR_pY1068, and Heregulin. Each is linked with ZNF75A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF75A-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF75A results are reported.
