Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF750 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF750 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ZNF750 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF750 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF750 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
