Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF747 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF747 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ZNF747 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF747 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and KIRC show a favorable association.

LUSC, KIRC, and BRCA are the cancer types where ZNF747 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
