Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF74 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,428 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF74-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and DNA topological change. Each is linked with ZNF74 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF74-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF74 results are reported.
