Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF731P RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF731P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ZNF731P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF731P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

ACC, BLCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where ZNF731P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
