The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher ZNF728 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF728 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, LUAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where ZNF728 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
