Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF717 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF717 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF717 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF717 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, MESO, and SARC are the cancer types where ZNF717 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
