Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF711 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF711 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF711 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF711 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, BLCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where ZNF711 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
