Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF710 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF710 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ZNF710 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF710 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
SKCM, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where ZNF710 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
