The most reproducible ZNF710-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glutamate uptake involved in transmission of nerve impulse, Negative regulation of glial cell migration, and Peptidyl-serine modification. Each is linked with ZNF710 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF710-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF710 results are reported.
