Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF705G RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF705G data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ZNF705G RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF705G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and COAD show a favorable association.

SKCM, UVM, and SARC are the cancer types where ZNF705G RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
