Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF703 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF703 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher ZNF703 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF703 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and DLBC are the cancer types where ZNF703 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
