ZNF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,013 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C8orf82, SCRIB, and PYCR3. Each is linked with ZNF7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF7-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF7 versus C8orf82 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
