ZNF7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,818 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMBIM1, LTA, and FAM238A. Each is linked with ZNF7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF7-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF7 versus TMBIM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
