Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,133 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are miRNA-mediated gene silencing by mRNA destabilization, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with ZNF7 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF7-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF7 results are reported.
