Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSGN1, SPRR2F, and KLF18. Each is linked with ZNF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF7-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSGN1 grouped by ZNF7-low versus ZNF7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
