Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF69 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF69 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZNF69 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF69 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, CHOL, and CESC are the cancer types where ZNF69 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
