ZNF69

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF69 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,120 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF69-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, RPL18A_S123, and SLC7A5. Each is linked with ZNF69 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF69-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF69 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF69→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
