ZNF689

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF689 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,837 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF689-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAFB2, UBR7, and VEZF1. Each is linked with ZNF689 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF689-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF689 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF689 versus SAFB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF689→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF689) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
