Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF688 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,271 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF688-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD2BP2, SEPTIN1, and CDIPT. Each is linked with ZNF688 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF688-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF688 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF688 versus CD2BP2 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF688→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF688) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
