The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ZNF684 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF684 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRP and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF684 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
