Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF683 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF683 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ZNF683 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF683 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

GBM, LUSC, and CESC are the cancer types where ZNF683 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
