The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ZNF682 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF682 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where ZNF682 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
