ZNF680

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF680 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF680 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher ZNF680 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF680 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and UCS show a favorable association.

MESO, UVM, and UCS are the cancer types where ZNF680 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
