The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ZNF677 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF677 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, DLBC, and SARC are the cancer types where ZNF677 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
