The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ZNF672 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF672 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where ZNF672 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
